Chicken Wrap Recipe

If you got Stie's blogaroo cookbook then you have this recipe. If you didn't get her book, then you need this recipe. It is one of our favorites. It is actually a modified Weight Watcher recipe. I have adjusted it to what I like. Here it is:

Diet Pepsi Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 can Diet Pepsi (or Diet Coke or Diet RC or whatever)
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup wochestershire sauce
3 TBSP steak sauce (or bbq sauce)
1 tsp garlic powder

Cook chicken in crock pot. If they are frozen cook them for 2-3 hours on high. Shred and return to crockpot. Mix Pepsi, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, steak sauce and garlic in a sauce pan. Let boil 6-8 minutes. Pour over shredded chicken and cook on low for 1 hour.

Serve on tortillas, with shredded cheese, and lettuce (or spinach). My husband puts a little ranch dressing on his too.

Enjoy!
