A couple of weeks ago I met up with a old friend, Ginna. (not that she is old, because she isn't. she just had a birthday and I think she turned 29.) We haven't seen each other in ten years, but thanks to this wonderful world of blogs we have been able to catch up with eachother. It has been so fun! And through her blog, I have found the blogs of a couple of other old friends. It is so nice. Anyway, she tagged me for this and I haven't done of these so here goes:

10 years ago: I was a freshman at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.

Five snacks I enjoy:

  • M&M’s (either milk chocolate or peanut butter - no dark chocolate or nuts for me)
  • Reduced-Fat Wheat Thins
  • Cheese Nips
  • Cinnamon Bears
  • Caramels
Five things on my to-do list today (how about for the week?):
  • Go to the beauty supply store and Target
  • Take the kids to see a movie
  • Workout. (I’m on week five of my treadmill workout. Today is incline intervals day.)
  • Make tote bags at Relief Society sewing group
  • Plan sharing time. I’m in charge on Sunday. Any ideas?

Five things I would do if I were suddenly made a billionaire:

  • Build my dream home (all 6,000 square feet of it! On acreage. With a lake!)
  • Build my parents and in-laws homes nearby
  • Buy a Toyota 4 Runner
  • Take a vacation
  • Put my kids in private school

Three of my bad habits:

  • Leaving laundry in the washer for far too long
  • Not putting things away when I am done with them
  • Yelling

Five places I have lived:

  • Provo, Utah
  • Ogden, Utah
  • Orem, Utah
  • Springville, Utah
  • Oregon
Five jobs I have had:
  • Winchell’s donuts (Provo)
  • Carmike Cinema - assistant manager (Ogden)
  • K-Tec, Inc. (Orem - met DH there)
  • Regis Salons (Provo)
  • SAHM (Springville and Now)
Five things people don't know about me:
  • I use baby nail clippers to trim my nails because it is easier and I don’t hurt myself
  • I can’t stand it when playing cards are upside down during a card game
  • My favorite TV show is Biggest Loser on NBC
  • I don’t wear makeup very often because I don’t know how to put it on
  • I just learned how to make bread. Whole wheat bread that I ground my own flour for
I don't remember anymore who has done these and who hasn't so I am not tagging anyone, however if you want to do it, feel free!

1 - PB M&Ms are my fave! I saw a bag of Easter ones today at Target and had to RUN away before they jumped in my cart.

2 - There used to be a Winchell's donuts in Provo? Drool...YUM. I haven't been able to find a good donut place here yet! It's funny - I was never that into donuts until I couldn't get a really good one!

One more thing - I just started doing bread, too! The book I love (that I finally bought after checking it out from the library so much) is Whole Grain Breads by machine or hand by Beatrice Ojakangas.

I LOVE, LOVE homemade bread. I feel like such a domestic diva when I make it too. I however LOVE dark chocolate though. The darker the better.

it's fun finding out little facts about you. i'm with you on the make-up i struggle with the application process, so i had my eyeliner tattooed on... it definitely helps.

yay! It's so fun to tag somebody and have them actually do it!
That was fun to learn a little bit more about you--that's the cool thing about these silly tagging games.
And I love the biggest loser too. Kris and I watch it together rather religiously.
And thanks for saying I'm not old :)

I've lived 4 out of the 5 places you have. And I have all three of those bad habits of yours too!

that is so funny that you use baby nail clippers! i don't know how to put make-up on either, but it doesn't stop me from trying, but i do want to go to mac and have them do a makeover so i can learn (maybe i won't look so silly if they teach me how!)!
