These are blooming in my front yard now. They are some sort of bulb, and are very tall. I don’t know what they are, but it is a pleasure to look out and see these delicate little blooms.
Look close! The blooms are tiny stars. Perfect for blooming in the middle of summer.

The latin name for this is liatris spicata. The common name is gayfeather. I have tons of this growing around my gardens and I love it because it just keeps going and going!!
