Tuesday we woke up to snow. They cancelled school. The kids thought it was great. I thought it was silly. Seriously this was the amount of snow:
Why, yes, that is our green grass that you can see through the dusting.
The kids went in and out playing in the snow all day and we went through a ton of hot chocolate. It was a fun day (and cold!), but come June when they have to make up the school day, I think everyone will wish they had gone to school!
And, if this is all the snow we get this winter: I’m moving. I need snow!

That's hilarious! To cancel school out here we need at least 2 feet or so! You know that. :)
I love how it looks on everything, but I'm not fond of the cold that comes with it.
